Starting as a student of automotive mechanics at Nakapiripirit Technical Institute, he aspired to become a civil engineer. During an IUEA outreach program, Raphael discovered our internationally accredited engineering programs, a pivotal moment that reignited his aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although scholarships were scarce, Raphael\u2019s persistence paid off.
