Consumers Choice Awards is the only organization in Uganda that recognizes business excellence by conducting a statistically comprehensive and objective accurate independent market research survey, to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism, and integrity.
On the 31st of March 2021, IUEA was thrilled to announce yet another win. IUEA was awarded the number ONE university in the -Best Private University- in Uganda category. Making us a three-time winner in the same category.
The event was graced by over 65 corporate companies, all winners in their respective categories. To kick off the day’s events was a cocktail that was followed by speeches from the Uganda Investment Executive Director Mr Muhangi and Uganda Revenue Authority Manager of Tax Mr Jamil Senyonyi followed by the Consumers Choice Awards Executive Director Mr Bari Salim. Also present at the event were Minister Muruli Mukasa, Minister of Public Service in Uganda along with the honourable Minister of Trade and Cooperatives Mrs Amelia Kyambadde as the chief guest. In her speech, she commended all the companies present for their resilience through a very difficult year.

The Consumers Choice Award is devoted to identifying and promoting businesses that exemplify excellent customer care service, integrity and professionalism.”

The awards were given out in the category of platinum and gold. IUEA was fortunate enough to walk away with a distinct platinum award! The award was received by the marketing staff team on behalf of IUEA.
