The Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme is designed in response to the current demands for strong second degrees in terms of academic and professional content so as to enable the graduates to compete in the ever-thinning world market. The MBA programme aims at producing managers who are specialized and competent administrators rich in professional knowledge and practical skills desirable for organizational transformation. It takes into account the fact that recent global developments put heavy demands on the practical skills and qualifications and continue to form a growing need for highly qualified people to redirect and reposition organizations. The MBA programme of the Faculty of Business and Management at the International University of East Africa is available for prospective students who are interested in advancing their studies in the area of business. The two-year MBA programme is offered with the following six (6) specializations:-

3. Marketing and Entrepreneurship
4. Project Planning and Management
5. Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Attending the Faculty of Business and Management qualifies one for an array of leadership positions and other advanced roles in private, public and nonprofit organizations. You’ll have the option to work across industries as a business analyst, human resources generalist, operations manager or marketing specialist. Some business administration graduates also venture into entrepreneurship, creating their own successful businesses from the ground up.
